Dickey (H) 6-3, 6-3 Doubles #1 Doubles - Levi Gollmer/Hunter Pappano (H) def Jon Kirchoffer/Sawyer Gore (BC) 6-3, 6-1 #2 Doubles - Caleb Bower/Hogan Weidesatz (H) 1-0 The Eagles were victorious over the Jets of Hauser. The Eagles were led by the singles tonight. Junior Jack Sichting won the deciding point for the Eagles with a third set victory at #1 Singles. Jack played a great match, probably the best match of his career, he was relaxed and allowed the his game to work against his opponent. Sophomore Trevor Shields continued to play solid tennis for us at #3 singles. Owen East, a sophomore, won at #2 singles with a solid performance against a very consistent player. Once again our doubles team of juniors Jon Kerchoffer and Sawyer Gore faced a very powerful pair, but battled for every point. They continue to gain valuable experience even in defeat. The Eagles will complete the week with a trip to WIC opponent, Northview on Saturday. Coach Roush Record 1-2 (WIC 0-1)
